esynchro Staff

The esynchro staff is led by Duke Zielinski, performance consultant,
author, coach and founder of esynchro. Duke has been a coach for
more than 30 years, coaching at the high school and then many
years at the collegiate level. His drive to learn, excel and provide the
best coaching for his athletes has led to his development of
comprehensive and innovative coaching methodologies combining
the physical and mental aspects of performance. His ability to
simplify complex skills and communicate them effectively to athletes
of all ages and abilities is the hallmark of his coaching career.
Duke's vision, knowledge, teaching methodologies, philosophy and
energy have guided esynchro since its founding in 2000. He has
been involved in synchro for over 16 years. He consulted with the
1992  and 1996 US Olympic teams, assisting the athletes and
coaches in preparing for  their gold medal performances.  Last year
he returned to the role of consultant with the US National teams.
Duke has authored more than 40 books specifically for synchronized
swimming, run camps and clinics for 13 years, and is recognized
around the world as an expert in the technical and mental training
aspects of sport. He has consulted with athletes in more than 40
different sports. For more information on Duke Zielinski and his

synchro as an athlete, coach and athlete representative to her role
as web developer, graphic artist, office manager and assistant editor.

Duke, Karen and Sarah donate large amounts of their time,
resources and expertise in helping esynchro maintain its recognition
and educational leadership around the world. Thank you also to
Barron Zielinski who often donates time screenprinting event t-shirts.
