the Products page!
Congratulations to Stanford University on winning the recent US
Collegiate National Championships! Stanford won the solo, duet
and trio events and was second in the team. Ohio state won the
team and also took third in team, making the overall results very
close. The staff at the McCorkle Aquatic center hosted a great event!
Congratulations to the Walnut Creek Aquanuts on winning the team
event at the recent Junior National Championships in Clermont, FL.
Santa Clara won the solo and duet events. duke and karen attended t
he event both selling merchandise and coaching some athletes. As
always its great to catch up with old friends and meet new people in
the synchro community.
Then in April the synchro world watched the Olympic Qualifying event
in China where many of the top contenders vied for spots at this
summer's Olympic Games. Some countries have already qualified
through regional qualifying events, but for many countries this was
their last chance to qualify for the Olympics! Spain and Japan easily
qualified in the team and duet events, leaving the battle for the 8th
and final spot in the team event between Canada and Italy. Canada
won assuring them a spot in this summer's games in both team
and duet. Congratulations to all! We're all looking forward to a great
competition this summer!
Duke Zielinski traveled with the US team to observe the competition
and also get a preview of the pool and surroundings for this
summer's competition.
Finally in April, the US Nationals were held in Tucson, AZ. Stanford,
Ohio State and Santa Clara fought a tight battle for the team
championship and Stanford came out on top with a decisive win in
the Technical program. Congratulations on a great event that saw
many more competitors than last year!
Next up is the esynchro US Age Group Championships at the end of
June in Binghmaton, NY.

Thank you to Duke Zielinski for
donating office and warehouse
space, and office support for
esynchro since its inception.
Without Duke's continual support
and his countless volunteer hours
each year, esynchro could not
continue to grow. Thank you for
your support!
esynchro would like to be a resource for synchro teams around the world and one way to do this is having a link page to link to clubs around the US and around the world.
